Neyla is an artist & holistic healer creating with the rhythms of the natural world, pulling endless inspiration from the ebb and flow that comes with tuning into the cyclical nature of life. Guiding immersive somatic experiences rooted in sound, movement, breath, and self healing, she takes a poetic approach to traditional healing practices, weaving complexities of the modern day human experience with ancient wisdom & rituals.

At the heart of her work is the ongoing journey of returning to the true nature of being - inviting a deeper attunement to the body’s wisdom, creating a more spacious relationship with one’s self and a remembering of what it means to live in harmony with the Earth. Through this intention, she cultivates classes and spaces where transformation emerges organically, rooting students in presence and possibility, opening an avenue for deep connection and self-discovery.

Viewing herself as an artist, healer, and instructor as a vessel and bridge between the realms of the visible and invisible, she translates the unseen realm of silence into something that can be heard and felt.

Sound healing is transmitted using instruments like sound bowls, classical guitar, hand drums & breath (the voice) and is received by our bodies to restore the natural state of harmony. Resonation with
energetic centers in the body allow music to connect and transform the mind and restore the body on many levels, welcoming feelings of being grounded to the earth and inviting the heart to open & expand into a deeper expression of love.

I am a certified yogi, dance instructor, and reiki master. The classes I offer often blend breathwork, yoga, reiki, and dance movements
